The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the city. It was only a short walk to bus stops and the main street. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Breakfast was delicious with fresh tropical fruit and sparkling wine. Transportation was convenient with easy access to bus stops.

Unfortunately a coffee / tea corner is missing in the room. That would have rounded off the start of tomorrow and the day. Real bread for breakfast is unfortunately missing. Scrambled eggs out of a bag? This can be done better!

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the main street. We were just a short walk away from bus stops, so we left our car in the garage. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, from the front desk to the restaurant. The food was delicious, with fresh tropical fruit and sparkling wine served at breakfast. The room was lovely, with a great view on the 3rd floor. We also enjoyed the summer cards which allowed us to use the lifts and buses for free, even into Italy.

Breakfast was very good and there was something for everyone. No matter if salmon, different kinds of cheese and ham, fresh fruit, muesli, grains, different kinds of yoghurt, 5 different kinds of juices and many more. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

The staff was very friendly and could answer all our questions. The room was great and spacious. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and alternating. Moreover, the accommodation has a great location (2-3 minutes from the ski lift). I'd go back on vacation right now.

The room service was prompt and the amenities provided, such as the mini-bar and sitting area, added to the overall comfort of our stay. Additionally, the spa and wellness center offered wonderful relaxation options, including a sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus and allowed us to stay connected during our trip.

The hotel's location was great for skiing, with only a short walk to the lifts. the food at the restaurant was delicious and we enjoyed the 3-course meal. the staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

The jacuzzi was a bit disappointing and not worth the extra cost. the room we stayed in felt a bit cramped, especially the narrow bed.
